How to use:

Using a domestic iron 

Set to cotton setting 

Pre heat garment

Place print on garment

Iron on directly keeping the iron moving in circular motions for about 40-50 seconds 

Peel away backing 

Place parchment paper on top of print and iron over for 20 seconds
